There was a banyan tree in a forest. An eagle used to make a nest on the tree where it had laid its eggs. A wild hen had also laid eggs under the same tree. One day one of the eagle’s eggs fell down and got mixed in the chicken’s eggs. Time passed and the egg broke and the baby of the eagle came out of that egg and he grew up thinking that he was a hen. He grew up with the rest of the chickens. He does the same things that a chicken does. He murmured like a chicken, digging the ground and picking up the grains and he could fly as high as a hen could fly.
One day he saw an eagle in the sky that was flying with great pride. He asked his hen mother what is the name of that bird which is flying so high with great pride. The chicken replied that it is an eagle. Then the child of the eagle asked, mother, why can’t I fly so high. The chicken said you cannot fly so high because you are a chicken. He obeyed the chicken and died one day while living the life of the chicken.
Learning From The Story
Whatever we think or try to do something new, others stop us by saying that we cannot do this, it cannot happen and we change our minds thinking that we really cannot do it and give uptake.
The main reason for this is not having faith in yourself, not having faith in your powers, and not having faith in your work. Friends, let people say what they say, people’s job is to say, believe in yourself, know yourself. Friends, if victory is certain, then cowards also fight, brave are called those who are sure of defeat, yet do not leave the field!
